itune 10.4.1 มีปัญหากับ Mac OS X 10.6.8

ขอสอบถามครับว่า...ผมใช้ Mac OS X 10.6.8 แล้วมาวันหนึ่งได้ใช้ Software update ตัวโปรแกรม iTune 10.4.1 มาติดตั้งกับเครื่อง ปรากฏว่าเมื่อเราคลิกที่ตัวโปรแกรม iTune จะใช้ไม่ได้ และขึ้นข้อความ To run iTunes in 32-bit mode, select the iTunes application in the Finder, choose the “Get Info” command in the File menu, and check the “Open in 32-bit mode” checkbox in the iTunes Info window. ซึ่งทำตามข้อความแล้ว แต่ไม่ได้ผล ...แบบนึ้ควรแก้ปัญหาอย่างไรดีครับ...ขอบคุณครับ
